Diane is a senior executive and has gained experience working for clients around New Zealand, the Pacific and Australia.
Diane established Success Consultants in 1996 and graduated from Massey University with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1997. In addition she has qualifications in adult education (NZCAET) and Project Management (Australian Dip PM).

Ceillhe Sperath - Management Consultant
Ceillhe graduated from the University of Waikato with a Bachelor of Management Studies degree with Honours. She majored in Quality, Operations Management and Management Information Systems. Ceillhe is a professional member of the New Zealand Organisation for Quality (NZOQ) and a member of the NZOQ National Council. After joining Ernst and Young in 1993 as a Management Consultant she was appointed to the position of National Quality Assurance/Risk Manager, where she was responsible for managing Ernst and Young's quality and risk management systems.
She has worked with many organisations in the capacity of quality advisor and has formal qualifications: Cert. in Quality Assurance (C.Q.A), NZ Cert.in Quality System Auditing (N.Z.C.Q.S.A) and Certified Quality Manager (C.Q.M). Doug Robertson – Sales & Negotiation Training
Doug attended Trinity Academy and Edinburgh College of Art where he studied Commercial
Art and Graphic Design. He worked in the graphic design industry in the U.K. prior to immigrating to New Zealand in 1968.
In New Zealand he worked in the Graphic Design area of the printing industry before moving into the Sales and Marketing field.
Doug has held the positions of National Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and Advertising and Sales Promotions Manager with several prominent New Zealand and multi-national companies and was actively involved in setting up a number of national retail buying groups.
He lectured in Marketing, Service Marketing, Sales and Sales Management for both the Faculty of Commerce and Faculty of Commerce and Faculty of Arts at AUT and currently conducts short courses for The University of Auckland Graduate School of Business.
Doug is an accredited facilitator of the Leaderskills (Australia) Pty. '360 degree Upward Feedback' Management Development Programme.
Doug consults to a wide range of companies in the manufacturing, retail, finance, agricultural and service sectors in New Zealand and Australia and has been involved in both management development and research projects for professional sssociations, local government, not-for-profit organisations and educational institutions.
